The ELECT e-voting softwares as used in two different campus elections, have a quick look and send in your comments. use the following links to download. Demo voters are already preloaded, send me a mail to get the Admin password for the two setups. The second demonstrates only sub-election (Senate) Voting No General Election Candidates are registered.

ELECT e-voting software

The ELECT e-voting software has been used successfully in sub campus elections, in the Alexander Brown Hall and the Association of Veterinary Medical Student, all in the University of Ibadan. It has been part of the Humanitarian donations of dMindEstate.

This has handled in the past elections that has a total of up t0 900 registered voters. If you’re looking to handle an outdoor election then think “ELECT”, ELECT simply transforms every computer system that will be used for the election into a polling booth, and results are collated at the end of the election.

Sub-Elections are also handled, such as senate electoral positions, which can be voted for by only members of the class, or floor reps.

Currently ELECT Continues to grow, as every election may have different demographics. Election results are viewable onsite by the administrator.

ELECT handles Registeration of Electorate as well as political aspirants, and the aspirants area allows viewing of profiles of the political aspirants currently registered.

ELECT is safe and uncontrovertible and results can always be verified on special request, after the election, don’t get me wrong, it is still a closed ballot system, and information is not available about who votetd for what to anybody, just the software, which can be retrieved by an Heshinsoft representative.
